A leadership program designed to strengthen Mirka’s innovation and leadership culture, focusing on strategy execution, goal achievement, renewal, personal development, people leadership and resilience. Participants also completed a strategic group project between modules. The program has consisted of 3 modules and a total of 9 days from September 2025 to February 2026.
